How long does shipping take?
We know you’re looking forward to trying your new favorites. We process orders within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days.

Can I return my order if it isn’t quite right?
Of course. We hope you’ll love your new piece, but sometimes you only know once you try it at home.
Email : info@betty-charly.ca within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll help you arrange a return. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund within 7 business days
